@RoamingKam Lost 80 pounds so far. I avoided diabetes thankfully but I do have sleep issues still. Never had blood pressure thankfully. I guess what really helped me was always working out casually until I took it seriously and I was never a soda drinker.

Conrad was right, Roman Reigns is overrated. Hulk Hogan was a piece of shit but you can’t erase his legacy. I’m seeing way too many people are trying to drag Hogan to elevate Roman. The average person knew who Hogan was, but not Roman. Hogan got over organically, Roman didn’t.
