On 23 April, Michael took 5 walkers on 'Walk Wild, Walk Ashford' as part of the HoK Walking Festival 2023!
After postponing due to stormy weather conditions, Michael was again faced with some wet conditions. However, despite the rain, we hope all walkers enjoyed the walk.
On 1 April, Claire took 20 walkers on the 'Herbal Medicine and Forest Therapy Walk' as part of the HoK Walking Festival 2023!
The group used their senses to explore how to identify plants, with Claire explaining the benefits, and connected over their love for nature.
On Tuesday 28 March, Alan took 9 walkers on the Mote Park Tree Walk as part of the Heart of Kent Walking Festival 2023!
With heavy rain all day, the weather was not in our favour, but the walk still went ahead, exploring Mote Parks interesting specimen trees.

On the 26 March, Ben from Boots on Adventures, took 18 walkers with him on 'A walk with Pilgrims, She Wolves and Black Swans, Hollingbourne to Leeds Castle'.
A jolly time was had despite the unappealing weather forecast, which luckily was not too bad on the day!

On 26 March, Peter from Long Distance Walkers Association took 22 walkers on the 22 mile Linton, Loose and Langley Loop!
Despite some long detours due to flooding, most walkers finished the 22 mile hike, and enjoyed coffees in Loose and lunch in Langley.

The weather held up for the occasion and everyone loved getting acquainted with the adorable goats at Buttercups Sanctuary for Goats.

29 walkers came along in total over the two days, with everyone seeming to have a lovely time!

Therese shared her knowledge of local history along the route and there was a stop at Percy the Pilgrim, with many using this as an opportunity for some photos.
