Doctor Suicide/SYSTEM MURDER?
Too many resident doctors are dying by suicide under the burden of excessive working hours, burnout, and toxic work environments.

The government could ease this crisis by increasing the number of non-PG Junior Residents & implementing a shift-based duty system. It would improve both patient care and doctors' well-being.

But the question remains: does anyone in power truly care?

NMC to phase out/ stop PG Diploma Courses from 2027
2026 will be last year for admission to PG Diploma Courses in India
Those existing PG Diploma Courses will be converted to PG MD/MS, subject to fulfillment of required conditions and PGMSR
