@hmtreasury@RishiSunak Why no extension to the current help to buy this is needed for thousands of people pushed back with delays due to Coronavirus and no fault of there own please consider a extension
@Heather15712977@Rupert_Seggins @resi_analyst @brickonomics Nothing official. Last time I spoke to MHCLG, which was at the end of May, their intention was to extend it in its current form (assuming they get it past HM Treasury) as...
@helptobuy@bule86 Goverment have extended everything possible barring help to buy that is needed the most to get the housing market moving again post covid it’s not possible for builders to get back on track due to social distancing
@HomesEngland@CIH_events@HomesNickW You will resolve the housing crisis post covid if you extend the help to buy scheme the government have extended everything possible barring help to buy house build is impossible to complete by December due to lockdown yet you won’t extend leaving thousands of people in limbo
@RishiSunak@BorisJohnson There is no affordable housing in my area and that is why we need to use the help to buy once regional price caps comes into force we won’t be able to utilise this scheme please include a extension this is what is needed to get the housing market going after lockdown and delays
@ChrisPincher @mhclg No affordable homes available in my area that’s why we are using the help to buy scheme but with lockdown and build delays past March 21 deadline we won’t be able to use that either to get on the property ladder unless the government extend the current scheme
