So as we say goodbye to the fabulous nursery, I am so thankful to all the staff, for the love and care they have shown to our children, and to us as a family… and a little tearful!

Today was our youngest’s final day at nursery. We’ll be back tomorrow for the leavers party, and I’m already emotional!

She started over 3 years ago, weeks into the first national lockdown, still not walking. Staff were wearing face visors and there was no settling in. 🧵

Fortunately covid didn’t hit the nursery. Our children both thrived there. It feels strange looking back. The girl’s final year has been so different from her first. She has loved cooking, music making, and outdoor adventures. She has lovely friends and is so ready for school.
