Florida will not let the inmates run the asylum. We are not going to sit by and let people take potshots at the men and women of law enforcement. Florida is and will remain a law and order state.
THERE WAS NO VIOLENCE IN LA??
They let criminals run wild in LA.
Stores looted. Cars set completely on fire. ICE ambushed.
And @RepMaxineWaters says it wasn’t violent because nobody died? Like do you know the definition of violence?
This is gaslighting on steroids.
These people don’t care about law and order. Just optics. And opposing Trump.
Soldiers in LA are not suppressing the rights of Americans to peacefully protest
They’re protecting the rights of everyone being attacked by violent rioters
The business owners whose stores are being looted
The people whose cars are being torched
Their rights matter
🚨Democrat Congresswoman LaMonica McIver has been indicted by a federal grand jury for obstructing federal officers
She violently assaulted them at an ICE facility & is now being held accountable by US Attorney Alina Habba

Bacon and Cheddar Shortbreads Makes 36
shortbreads. Smoky bacon and sharp cheddar combine to give these savory shortbreads a sophisticated flavor. Like refrigerator cookies, these can be kept on hand in the fridge or freezer, ready to be sliced and baked on demand. ● 1 cup toasted pecans ● 4 slices crispy cooked bacon ● 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into 16 pieces ● 16 ounces shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese ● 2 cups all-purpose flour ● 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper ● Flaky sea salt In a food processor, add the pecans and process until finely chopped, but not a paste. Add the bacon, butter, cheese, flour, and cayenne and process until mixture forms a dough. Divide dough in half and roll each half into a log about 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 3 days. (Can be frozen for up to 1 month. Let thaw overnight in refrigerator before using.) To bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Working with one log at a time, cut the dough with a sharp knife into ¼-inch slices and arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with flaky salt and bake until pale golden and crisp, about 10 to 13 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet until firm, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a rack and cool completely. Repeat with remaining log of dough.
Shrimp Salsa Serves 6. Sweet shrimp sings with the bright flavor of lime in this chunky salsa. While all the different elements can be prepared earlier in the day, this fresh salsa can be assembled up to two hours in advance. ● 1 lime, halved ● 1 pound medium shrimp, (31 to 35 per pounds), peeled, deveined, and cut into thirds ● 2 cups seeded and diced tomatoes ● 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion ● 1/4 cup chopped cilantro ● 1 ripe medium avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped ● 1/4 cup fresh lime juice ● 3 tablespoon finely chopped pickled jalapeño ● 1 teaspoon salt ● Lettuce leaves, for serving ● Tortilla chips Squeeze the juice from the lime halves into a medium saucepan. Add 4 cups water and the 2 juiced lime halves. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add the shrimp, place cover on the saucepan, and immediately remove from heat. Let the shrimp cook in the covered pan for 3 minutes. Drain the shrimp and plunge them in ice water to stop the cooking. Refrigerate the shrimp, covered, for up to 4 hours. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp with the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, pickled jalapeños, and salt. Serve immediately in a bowl lined with lettuce leaves, with tortilla chips on the side. The salsa can also be assembled up to 2 hours in advance and kept, covered, in the refrigerator.
One-Pot Pasta With Sausage, Tomatoes, and Spinach Serves 4 to 6. You only need one pot for this simple pasta. The sausage adds the seasoning, the onions turn sweetly golden, cherry tomatoes burst into a luscious sauce. A squeeze of lemon at the end livens things up. ● 2 tablespoons olive oil ● 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced ● 1 pound ground Italian sausage ● 1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half ● 5 to 6 cups chicken stock ● Water as needed ● 1 pound pasta of choice ● 1 large handful fresh spinach ● 4 ounces shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese ● Lemon juice, to taste ● Chopped parsley, for garnish Film a large heavy pot or Dutch oven with the oil and set over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until it turns limp and golden, about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in the sausage, breaking apart with a spatula until it crumbles, about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and the stock, scraping up the bottom of the pan to release browned bits that stick to the bottom. Bring to a boil. Add the pasta, stirring well and continue boiling for about 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the heat down to a brisk simmer, stirring to keep the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pot. If the sauce becomes too thick and the pasta begins to stick, stir in water, about 1/4 cup at a time. Simmer until the sauce is mostly absorbed and the pasta is tender, about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in the spinach, then stir in the cheese. Add lemon juice to taste. Serve garnished with the chopped parsley
