@Morrisons I feel sorry for the staff in my local Morrisons cafe having to apologise for many things - no takeaway cups, no certain items on the menu, no saucers for cups, no fizzy drinks because the machine's broken, closing the kitchen early - unhappy customers, unhappy staff!
