@LRocketto Also - acupuncture! Have been going 2-4 times a month for the duration of the pregnancy to one that specializes in fertility. Always felt better after she put the needles in key spots when I told her I was congested.

@LRocketto Suffered like this for 2 months & it finally subsided once the baby moved down. Sleeping w/ humidifier is KEY, having an air purifier in the bedroom (coway), saline nasal spray, Robitussin Naturals Cough Relief & Immune Health Syrup, Honey & Elderberry, lots of tea & fresh air!
