FDA’s vaccine committee just shamelessly voted to recommend an updated Covid-19 vaccine, ignoring its incredible trail of harm. Here is the text of the three-minute speech I delivered to the committee before they voted: 

If you’re interested in making an evidenced-based and not belief-based decision regarding Covid-19 vaccines, please review the data and evidence in the letter we submitted to this committee.

Don’t ignore the tens of thousands of individuals that have contacted just our law firm regarding serious injuries from Covid-19 vaccine.

Don’t ignore the over 40 thousand individuals seriously injured from these products that are members of just one group – React19.

Don’t ignore the fact CDC fought us in court for over 2 years to hide from the public the data which showed that over 7% of the 10 million V-safe users reported needing medical care after a Covid-19 vaccine, on average 2 to 3 times each, with over 70% of those medical encounters resulting in hospitalization, emergency room or urgent care.

Don’t ignore the fact FDA fought for years to hide the data, which has been just recently released, showing that when FDA properly conducted Empirical Bayesian analysis internally, it resulted in incredible safety signals that were hidden from the public.

Don’t ignore the fact that in the clinical trial for Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine there were 21 deaths in the vaccinated group and 17 deaths in the placebo group, meaning more in the vaccinated group, during the same time period and I note the placebo group actually had slightly more people than the vaccinated group.

Don’t forget that those seriously injured by these products have been abandoned because pharma has been given complete immunity for their injuries under the PREP Act and the CICP has almost no funding to pay claims and is designed to deny compensation – to call the CICP a perverse mockery of justice and betrayal would be far too kind.

Five years after assuring the world these products are safe, they still need PREP Act immunity for the harms they supposedly won’t cause.

Until this immunity is lifted and the harms actually accounted for, this committee should decline to recommend any further Covid-19 vaccines.

But, given the prior statements made by some members of this committee about these products, statements reflecting belief- and not evidence-based views about them, it will no doubt be hard to objectively consider the data and evidence regarding these products. But please try. Thank you.

Yesterday, I retired 17 members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices or ACIP, the @CDCgov external panel that wields the grave responsibility of adding new vaccines to the recommended childhood schedule. Over the coming days, I will use this platform to announce new members to populate ACIP. None of these individuals will be ideological anti-vaxxers. They will be highly credentialed physicians and scientists who will make extremely consequential public health determinations by applying evidence-based decision-making with objectivity and common sense.

I will also be tweeting examples of the historical corruption at ACIP to help the public understand why this clean sweep was necessary.

The most outrageous example of ACIP’s malevolent malpractice has been its stubborn unwillingness to demand adequate safety trials before recommending new vaccines for our children. Today, a compliant American child receives between 69 and 92 routine vaccines (depending on brand/dictated dosage) from conception to 18 years of age. This is up from 11 shots in 1986. ACIP has recommended each of these additional jabs without requiring placebo-controlled trials for any of them. This means that no one can scientifically ascertain whether these products are averting more problems than they are causing.

Many vaccine promoters have challenged this assertion. They are always wrong. Last week, @CNN, which has devolved into a shameless propagandist for Big Pharma, triumphantly announced that it had proof that my pronouncement that “there have been no placebo-controlled safety trials for any routine vaccines” was false. CNN gleefully proclaimed that it had found 257 placebo-controlled studies for routine vaccines.

So, allow me a moment to deconstruct CNN’s claims. Warning: this post may only be sufferable for science geeks like myself.

CNN is wrong. No routine injected vaccine on CDC’s schedule was licensed for children based on a placebo-controlled trial. In instances where a vaccine was used as a control, it too was never licensed based on a placebo-controlled trial. That is not conjecture. It is a fact based on FDA’s clinical trial data. (See https://t.co/q1xAtVxJ4N). As Secretary of @HHSGov, acknowledging this lamentable truth is part of my promise of radical transparency.

The 257 studies cited by CNN unwittingly reflect the lack of safety trials underpinning CDC’s schedule. Despite CNN’s worldwide effort to crowdsource trials with a placebo control (per @US_FDA/@CDCgov, an “inert substance”*), this list, on its face, reflects that 236 of the studies clearly did not use an “inert” safety comparator in a trial to license an injected routine vaccine for children on CDC’s schedule.**

For the remaining 21 studies CNN’s list claims used an inert injection, 9 plainly did not:

• RCT 251, 252 (Varivax) injected an antibiotic, neomycin – not inert.
• RCT 84, 97 (HPV-16 and 16/18) injected aluminum adjuvant – not inert.
• RCT 215 (Almevax) injected another vaccine – not inert.
• RCT 55 (Lyophilized PedvaxHIB) injected lactose, aluminum adjuvant, and thimerosal – not inert.
• RCT 197 (Salk vaccine) injected 199 solution, synthetic tissue culture, ethanol, phenol red, antibiotics, and formalin – not inert.***
• RCT 168 (Dow’s MMR) injected full vaccine minus virus, including all stabilizers, antibiotics, diluent, preservative, and buffers – not inert.****
• RCT 189 (Menveo) injected Tdap+saline or Menveo+saline – not inert.

For the remaining 12 listed studies which may have had an inert injection, none was a trial relied upon to license a routine vaccine on CDC’s childhood schedule:

• RCT 170, 171, 172 (MMR VaxPro), 228 (PCV11), 136 (Vaxigrip), 242 (Antitetanus), and 122 (Chinese flu shots) trialed vaccines never licensed in the U.S. nor relied upon to license a U.S. vaccine.
• RCT 124 (Fluzone IIV3), 102 (WVV/SPV), and 188 (Menveo) trials occurred after each respective vaccine was licensed, hence were not relied upon for their licensure.
• RCT 176 (Mumps vaccine) was not relied upon by the FDA to license the current MMR vaccine. (See MMR-II clinical trial report in link above.)
• RCT 53 (PRP-D) was for a vaccine withdrawn soon after its introduction and not relied upon by the FDA to license any U.S. vaccine.

While these 12 studies were not relied upon to license a routine vaccine on the CDC’s schedule, they do reflect that a placebo-controlled trial of a vaccine is possible. They also reflect what can be learned when a placebo trial is performed. For example: RCT 136 found the vaccine ineffective; RCT 122 found that “severe adverse effects occurred in 69 (0·6%, 95% CI 0·5–0·8) recipients of vaccine compared with one recipient (0·1%, 0–0·2) of placebo.”; and RCT 124 found “the rate of hospitalization was actually higher in the [Fluzone IIV3] vaccine group than in the placebo group.”

The unfortunate reality is that placebo-controlled trials, however, do not occur and have not been relied upon when FDA licenses vaccines for injection during childhood or ACIP recommends the shot for addition to the CDC’s routine schedule.

CNN would have reached the same conclusion had it reviewed the FDA documentation for each vaccine, instead of relying upon a random, crowd-sourced list from the internet. CNN’s list ironically proves the lack of adequate safety trials for routine childhood vaccines.

It is time to stop playing games, such as CNN’s false gotcha. We have gone from 3 routine injections by age one in 1986 (the year the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act passed) to 25 routine injections by age one in 2025 (which now does not include Covid-19 vaccine). Because of the 1986 Act, every one of these products, save one, was developed by companies knowing they would almost never be liable for serious harm. During this same period, chronic diseases in our children exploded, most of which are caused by immune system dysregulation. If we are to identify the exposures that are causing this epidemic of autoimmune diseases, we need to rule out products given dozens of times to young children, specifically to modify the immune system, as potential culprits.

Our infants and children deserve the best safety trials possible to keep them safe. We should care as much about every child who could be injured by one of these products as we do every child who could be injured by an infectious disease. We must protect all children.

** While the above addresses injected vaccines, CNN’s cited list also includes 10 trials for rotavirus vaccine, given by oral drops, but none of these trials used saline only drops. Instead, RCT 205, 207, 208, 209, 210, 213 (Rotarix) contained dextran, sorbitol, amino acids, dulbecco’s modified eagle medium, calcium carbonate, and xanthan; RCT 211, 212 (RotaTeq) contained polysorbate 80, sucrose, citrate and phosphate; and RCT 206, 214 (Rotavac) included neomycin sulphate, kanamycin acid sulphate, trehalose, lactalbumin hydrolysate, human albumin, potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate, dipotassium hydrogen orthophosphate, and trisodium citrate dihydrate. The list also included three trials of an inhaled flu vaccine; the controls in RCT 104 were OPV+saline or LAIV (a vaccine), hence neither inert; in RCT 106 the control “consisted of normal allantoic fluid harvested from uninfected eggs stabilized with sucrose–phosphate–glutamate”; and, in RCT 109, the control was “intranasal spray of egg allantoic fluid containing sucrose-phosphate-glutamate.”

*** Note that the current polio vaccines used in the U.S. are a different product than the polio vaccine developed by Jonas Salk in the 1950s—which was discontinued in the 1960s—including because the currently-used polio vaccines are “grown in vero cells, a continuous line of monkey kidney cells cultivated on microcarriers.”

Hence, the Salk trial was not relied upon to license any current polio vaccine.

It wasn't long ago that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was widely celebrated as a champion of the people. A relentless fighter who took on corporate giants like Monsanto and the pharmaceutical cartels. His work in environmental law helped expose corporations poisoning our water, air, and food supply and his advocacy against Big Pharma's unchecked power made him a rare public figure willing to challenge billion-dollar interests that profit from human suffering.

Yet today, the very people who once hailed him as a hero now viciously smear him with absurd and outright fabricated lies. The attacks aren't just dishonest; they're desperate.

If you"re on the fence about RFK Jr., here are a few key facts you should look up:
 Kennedy is NOT responsible for the measles outbreak in Samoa. The vaccination rate there had already dropped to 31% in 2018 after two children died from the MMR vaccine, creating widespread fear in the Samoan community. Kennedy had no connection to the outbreak whatsoever and didn"t even visit Samoa until 2019, after the fact.

The physician letter warning against Kennedy leading HHS is fake. This so-called petition, allegedly signed by thousands of doctors, was organized by a group called "The Committee to Protect Healthcare”but in reality, anyone could sign it multiple times. Worse, the effort was funded through shell corporations controlled by Arabella Advisors, a dark money network that manages billions of dollars to influence policy for its elite donors.
 Kennedy is NOT anti-vax. He is vaccinated, and his children are vaccinated. His concern has always been about adjuvants in vaccines (such as mercury in the past) and the lack of gold-standard research meaning placebo-controlled trials to evaluate long-term safety. For example, the observation period for adverse effects after the Hepatitis B vaccine in infants is only five days per injection. Is that enough? Kennedy argues it isn't.

The media doesn't want you to research these facts for yourself. They want you to accept their cartoon villain version of RFK Jr. without question.

Who's panicking? Follow the money.  Big Pharma, Big Ag, and Big Food - the same corporate behemoths Kennedy has spent decades exposing - are funneling millions into the campaign coffers of the politicians and media figures attacking him.

These industries don't just bankroll senators; they own them. And they own the mainstream media, which is why every major outlet has been relentless in smearing him.

The attacks have reached unprecedented levels. They've accused him of being a rapist, a murderer, and even someone who tortures animals. And let's not forget the most absurd lie - Newsweek and Vanity Fair actually ran stories claiming that RFK Jr. eats dogs.

This isn't journalism. This is a hit job.

I've never in my life seen a single person so intensely maligned as RFK Jr. But the sheer desperation of the attacks tells you everything you need to know.

They wouldn't be trying this hard if he weren't a real threat to their power.

Open letter to Mark Zuckerberg.

Dear Mark, I’m sure you have seen the latest Congressional report on Covid-19. Maybe now you are ready to confront the impact of your actions over the past years.

I am the mother of a 25 year old son. He is now a multiple stroke survivor. He became disabled after his Covid -19 shots left him with a life long blood clotting disorder that has ravaged his brain, all four limbs and his lungs.

His heart was damaged as it tried to pump blood with lungs full of blood clots. His doctors don’t know how he survived.

He was a runner and did not have Covid infection. He now spends his 20’s mostly confined to his room.

Have you considered how many vaccine injury and death cases were censored and kept from being seen by others on Facebook?

Even Congress questions the suppression and censorship of vaccine injuries online.

Have you considered how many lives could have been saved by parents and doctors freely sharing data on severe and deadly vaccine adverse reactions?

What kind of broken logic keeps mothers in the dark about medical dangers.

If my son Cody’s case could have been shared on Facebook, instead of being suppressed or removed, others could have had been warned about his horrific injury and made better choices.

What kind of superiority complex silences mothers from warning other mothers.

Mark, you should know that mothers never back down.

It is time that you meet with the mothers and fathers of deceased and covid-19 vaccine injured kids who are disabled for life.

Look at Cody’s Case, Victor’s, Maddie De Garay’s, Ernesto’s, Sean’s Case, Trista’s case… oh so many more!

Then meet and look the parents in the eye and tell us why you would not let us reach out to find answers, to get help or to help other parents.

How will you ever make ammends to parents who only have gravestones to visit when they lost their children but were denied the very basic human decency of connecting with humanitarians who wished to help others with information about these vaccine injuries or adverse events now validated by congress.

How will you make amends to someone who can no longer walk and may not live another year?

Thank God Twitter began to allow these stories and the ability to share information. But this happened after my boy was left with a life threatening and life long peer reviewed and published vaccine injury.

In 2022 we were blessed with the help and comfort of countless other parents, advocates, doctors and other vaccine injured on Twitter.

However, I am completely suppressed on Facebook.

I wrote a Law to help get medical care to the vaccine injured and Facebook still won’t let me post it, or the few posts I have been “allowed” to publish are “suppressed” on facebook.

Changes can’t come soon enough.

Catch up with Congress and recognize that all the vaccine injured individuals who were suppressed and silenced were people who were dying and fighting for their lives.

So, please before you hail yourself a hero… Remember that you are a deeply flawed human who treated suffering people as if they were less than human.

Still, I’m happy to meet in person and teach you about Cody’s Law and have you meet some of the other parents who care for kids left with feeding tubes.

Are you humble enough to set up a grocery delivery charity for those who can’t work and are disabled after their vaccines?

Interesting timing. Four years after censoring a sitting president, Zuck suddenly announces these reforms—right after the same man he banned from his platform gets re-elected by the people.
