@BT Now onto a third department and 1 hour on hold. I have been given a bill credit but it appears I need to repeat the same thing to each department before it can be applied....how many more do you have so I know when I can get back to what I was doing?

@bt_uk on hold for 40 mins. Supposed to get a credit for £197 but getting overdue bills because 2 departments need to sort it. I now just want to cancel the new account
