@NoblTravel Terrible experience. First: promo code received from @NoblTravel was invalid. Second: No “place order” option, and unwanted order went through. Third: sent an email to @NoblTravel to cancel immediately. Received no response. Luggage was shipped. Returning. Sad.

@Vonage after 18 years with this company for my business, there is no record of my business phone or account number. Live Chat doesn’t start. The page goes blank when info is submitted. Password reset email takes three days to receive. #terriblebusinessphone#badcustomerservice
Never had a more aggravating time with a cell service @TMobile. Spent 25 minutes and then another 30 minutes with a supervisor, giving me contradictory information, using words that didn’t make sense in context, basically playing games, throwing different business plans at me.
"I have to brag for a minute. This older gentleman came into the store yesterday looking for a shovel.
He proceeds to tell Sam how he was just diagnosed with cancer and was having to bury his beloved dog of 15 years.
Sam, being the kind hearted man that he is, went to the veterans house and buried his dog for him.
We have an excellent staff and good hearted people that work for us and go out of their way to make sure our customers are taken care of."
