الداخلية رفضت تنفيذ تصريح النيابة لنا بزيارة علاء بزعم ان التصريح مؤرخ ٩ / ١١ وليس بتاريخ اليوم، رغم أن التصريح وصل من الرحاب لدار القضاء العالى بمندوب فى الثامنة مساء أمس، وعلمنا صباح اليوم من الرحاب بصدوره فانتقلنا لدار القضاء مباشرة لاستلامه ومنها للسجن بوادى النطرون.

أخطرنا مكتب النائب العام بالرحاب بأن سيادته وافق على الطلبات المقدمة من مكتبنا لزيارة علاء فى محبسه، وقد صرح لى بزيارته، وعلينا استلام التصريح من دار القضاء العالى، وبالفعل انتقلنا إلى هناك واستلمنا تصريح سيادته منذ دقائق، وأنا الآن فى الطريق لسجن وادى النطرون لزيارة علاء .
