@FinanceTiger Two little things:
Past performance does not guarantee future returns
&
“According to estate agents Hamptons” who in no way would be talking their own book in the face of the oncoming downturn, no sir-ee, not any all, never in fact, honest professionals…
@AlanFoum@Frencheconomics That is the most depressing thing I have ever read on Twitter/X in all the time I’ve been here. Completely explains why the UK is skint and we are in such a mess as a country compared to the US 🤷🏼♂️
@steady_profits@Spybef0rey0ubuy Current prices won’t look that attractive in 6 mths when inflation and interest rates are higher. I’d sit in your hands until then however tempting the headline yield currently looks today…
@ArsenalBallots Sure, Wil do. But fu k me for a world leading club of our stature it’s plain embarrassing not to have a functioning app. The IT and Marketinf teams all need firing, I’d whip something better up in 30mins. Garbage
@KevBuschhold@surprised_trade It’s my largest single share holding (other than city of london investment trust and merchants trust). Not bad for a pure income play. Currently +61% excl divis. Who’s need US tech stocks 😉
@reb40 Yep I also bought at £2.06 after the recent CMA news hoping for a quick trading profit. It’s been disastrous. Hopefully today is the start of some sort of bounce back 🙏
@ukhpinfo £245k in Sep 21 is worth £305k today after inflation. Property has therefore underperformed cash by 60% over this five yr period. The crash is real and happening gradually in plain sight. Just no one can see it….
@FinanceTiger No thanks! No good at all for savers. Anyone who thought 1.99% mortgage rates were the new norm and here to stay was kidding themselves 👍🏻
@TJiMTS Sounds like a lot of aggro just to replicate a dirt cheap piece of solidly functional software. How will you recoup the time/cost you’ve invested? Will you plan to sell it, grow it, cash out?
