@Tywan846 Don’t use any light weight paper because they can have floating embers and unnecessary ash. After some your charcoals start to turn gray pour them in your grill and spread em out how you want. Use the tongs. I’ve never had problems. Works on wood chunk charcoal too.

@Tywan846 Oh my bad😂😂👍🏾👍🏾 Yes this method is real easy. Use crumpled newspaper/paper bag scraps. Place charcoals in the larger part of the chimney and the paper in the smaller part. Light paper let it burn until the charcoals turn gray. After that it’s grill time. Takes a few minutes.
