This vendor is a drama company n not fit for any recovery purpose. This vendor should be black listed if in future if they start any new agency with new name that shouldn't be given ur recovery process. These agencies change their names n come wid new name.

दो सवाल क्या कर लिए जाएँ, कई बार कुछ एजेंट फोन काटकर दोबारा कॉल करते हैं और फिर गाली-गलौज का सिलसिला शुरू हो जाता है।

कभी कई बैंकों के नाम लिए जाते हैं, तो कभी किसी और तरीके से दबाव बनाने की कोशिश की जाती है। यदि ग्राहक इसकी शिकायत बैंक से करता है, तो अक्सर जवाब मिलता है कि यह नंबर उनकी अधिकृत रिकवरी टीम से संबंधित नहीं है।

ऐसे में ग्राहक अधिक से अधिक संचार साथी या साइबर क्राइम पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज करा सकता है, लेकिन कई मामलों में उसका भी कोई ठोस परिणाम देखने को नहीं मिलता और अवैध तरीकों से रिकवरी का यह सिलसिला चलता रहता है।

कुछ मामलों में ग्राहक की संपर्क सूची से नाम और नंबर निकालकर उसे डराया जाता है कि यदि भुगतान नहीं किया गया, तो उसके रिश्तेदारों और परिचितों को भी फोन करके उसके नाम का इस्तेमाल करते हुए गाली-गलौज या परेशान किया जाएगा। FYI
