Request for Fair Opportunity in PG Senior Residency in Andhra Pradesh

We, who qualified PG courses through NTRUHS in November on merit, are unable to join any Government Medical College in AP, irrespective of good marks in university exams.

Currently, only State-bond PGs are being given postings first, and AIQ/NON-bond PGs are considered only if seats remain — which means no seats are available in good government colleges, defeating the merit system.

In many states — including Telangana — both State quota and AIQ PGs undergo a common counselling process, ensuring equal and transparent opportunities for all.

We request the Honourable Ministers to kindly ensure a unified, merit-based PG counselling process in AP so that every qualified doctor gets a fair chance to serve in government institutions.

If u want to really practice our medicine u should have took mbbs.
