1. Crafts emails well
2. Upward career trajectory

Experience is important, but these rank equal.
Banks had a large incentive to work with large clients on their PPP loans.
For a client that only needed a $100,000 loan, the bank would get a $5,000 cut.
But clients that were getting a $1.9m loan, for example, the bank would receive $57,000.
