We covered drops of food colouring with baking soda, then used an eye dropper to add vinegar to make it fizz. After, we used our solution like watercolour paint!

Today we worked on editing sentences for capitalization + punctuation using a lesson from #TheSyntaxProject! The “I do, we do, you do” model ensured that Ss felt ready to confidently tackle more complex sentences independently. #SoR @Glenburnie_ldsb @LimestoneDSB

Today, we had some pussywillow branches in our class! One of our favourite books, Rabbit's Snow Dance, is a legend of how pussywillows came to be: rabbit's tail broke off when he fell from the top of the tree! 🐇
