@AppleUK_ customer service? Treated myself bought my new iPhone direct from Apple. It drops calls & freezes (still in warranty). Apple customer service awful. Days of my life on the phone, diagnostics etc - still faulty but they are no closer to replacing it 😩 I use it for work.
