@ChryslerCares So, my van is recalled AGAIN, because it could catch on FIRE at anytime. Your recall letter says I get a FREE loaner while during repair, but the dealer says no guarantee on loaner & the FCA line says I have to pay for a rental and then be reimbursed? #BIGFAIL

@ChryslerCares my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid has been in the shop at least 15 times for various issues and now they’re telling my my struts are rusted through. And, of course, I’m 4000 miles out of warranty. Way to use quality parts! Haha, what a joke.
