Together with collaboration partners in Bergen and Innsbruck, we have in recent years developed new stable isotope labelling approaches to analyse the dynamics of both metabolic and signalling processes:

A large collaborative effort identified the role of G3BP proteins for MTOR signalling. My group supported the approach though bioinformatic analysis and identified an evolutionary co-appearance of G3BP proteins with the TSC complex.

My group contributed phylogenetic analysis to the study on the role of G3BP1 in the absence of stress. Pre-print available at BioRxiv https://t.co/zMAa0RfkVU
