This journey began 15 years ago with a deep curiosity about what true hospitality means.

It all came full circle during a 10-day trip to Eswatini, Africa. Feeding 200+ people on a mountainside, I realized that hospitality isn’t just service—it’s a mystery of hope and grace that touches every part of life. 🌍

On the 16-hour flight home, while trying to capture the essence of hospitality—and perhaps under the influence of exhaustion and a glass of wine—the words “Ministry of Welcome” tumbled out. And I thought… that sounds like a newsletter.

So here we are—a space to explore how the posture and practice of hospitality can transform our businesses, communities, and lives.

2 of them created plans for a business idea.

Another paired up, one providing action items from ai meeting notes and all of a sudden I had some static image ads ready to be test on meta.

Didn’t ask for any of it. And definitely need some guardrails… but I was kinda impressed.

Prompted them to work together to figure out how to create efficiencies & skills within all the endeavors I am working on at beloved. (consulting, agency, riverside lodge, retreats, hospitality)

📧 They had 30+ email exchanges. They chatted strategies, timelines, roles.
