@RealStephenKerr UCL research shows England’s PISA sample was skewed, with up to 40% of pupils excluded, over-representing high achievers & inflating math scores by 10+ points. The DfE even admitted its 2022 sample failed OECD rules, under-sampling poorer kids to boost rankings.
