@UPS delaying parcel delivery since last Thurs - spoke to customer service yesterday who were to ensure delivery today and no call back from customer service on whereabouts today as website now informing of further 1 day delay . I am concerned this parcel has been lost or stolen.

@UPSHelp phone call to say that parcel would definitely be delivered Friday and again didn’t arrive - now onto 2 weeks late and still no parcel or call back I was promised today. Portal states the parcel is in Tamworth but you’re not attempting to deliver - is this theft?

This evening we delivered urgent supplies to @PICU_BCH for the families of Intensive Care. These supplies allow parents to get easy access to food and drink, ensuring they remain refreshed and nourished. We also took in food vouchers so parents don’t have to leave the hospital
