@skytv 1 month as a new customer and still no internet due to a permission to work form from open reach not being sent. I have spent hours on the phone and still can’t get this sorted!!! 10 days left until we have no internet from our current service provider, what do I do then??
@virginmedia we have been unable to load @Netflix and @ITVX for the past few days. Is there a problem? We have done all the usual troubleshooting ideas but nothing has worked. We are paying for a service that isn’t working.
@virginmedia The service we are getting currently in shocking! Half our recordings are failing and this situation. Still no contact from a technician or any help. We have just took out a new deal with you but very close to ending it
@virginmedia Hi, I spoke to someone on Sunday on the phone and I was told that someone would be in touch with regards to this technical issue however I haven’t heard anything. I can’t get through to anyone on the phone either. Please can you help
@virginmedia Yes but is isn’t loading anything when I put the code in. It just takes me to a sign in page even when going through the app. I sign in and go round in circles
@virginmedia Yes we are getting an error message every time. Netflix error is CS2400 ‘app not accessible’. ITVX is just saying something has gone wrong.

@AvantiWestCoast was told to contact you for a refund as there was no first class service (this was a minimoon treat so we’re gutted). I have sent a form off however not heard back. We bought our tickets from @thetrainline but employee said to contact you directly. Please help?
