@SkyHelpTeam v frustrated>25yr customer having to reset the connection between my skyq main & mini box on a daily basis sometimes multiple times a day. Tel tech support are zero use and simply go through the reset routine again I need this resolved or I'm leaving I've had enough

Just over 2 weeks since upgrading to fibre @Plusnet after having years of relatively few problems with them, however to date I've had to call them twice due to buffering and now I'm in the midst of my second day of outages. Not a happy customer. Get it sorted..
