@TessRyan1 Keep some for a few weeks in a zip-lock bag in fridge (remove moisture regularly). Remove any with bugs/holes as mould spreads fast. Zesting & juicing then freezing in serve sizes is a good option. I make lemon cordial or lemon curd later when I’m ready.

Mum can’t get to gigs anymore so I went to her aged care home for a performance this week. Mum was the MC, told the oldies after every song that I got my talent from my Nana, Ruby Violet. Minimal heckling, mum sat next to me and sang backing vocals with gusto. Gigs of our lives!
