Feel slightly guilty when people follow me...I mostly just watch tele and tweet along.

Is this why Rachel Riley couldn’t make the recent 8 out of 10 cats filming? #MaskedSingerUK

I was not prepared for @Mr_NJones dressed as Batman. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@msm4rsh and @GrazianoDiPrima really cool. I think they got one of the best themes and did something really cool with it. No dance off this week. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@TonyAdams and @Mrs_katjones he’s doing such a good job. Everybody loves him. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@Mellor76 and @Nancy_xuxi so talented. Amazing choreography. Couldn’t look away. Wish that last trick had been shot in wide instead of close-up. Feel like we missed something at home. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@jaydeadams and @karen_hauer I love the Charleston. That was so good. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@EllieJaneTaylor and @jojo_radebe someone give them a job on Casualty immediately. That intro cracked me up. Cool tango too. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@HamzaYassin3 and Jowita have such a great partnership. From a zero-dancing background, he’s so talented. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@mollyrainford and Carlos Gu fun, loads of choreography.

In related news, I need a pair of glitter school short trousers. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@EllieSimmonds1 and @kuzmin__nikita awesome. Tinge of humor but also a really good paso. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@jimmybye and @dowden_amy another one where the choreography was so good you could forget it had a theme, it was just beautifully done. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@FleurEast and @Vito__Coppola enjoyed the dance. Loads of energy. Camera crew a little too obsessed with Vito, I’d like to see more of Fleur’s dancing show up on the screen. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@TylerWestt and @dbuzz6589 that was soo good. The theme was great but also it was (theme aside) a great looking tango. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@lizgloyn A-woof!

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@HelenSkelton and @gorkamarquez1 really cheery. Clearly having fun with the theme. Lots of steps too. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

Aw, great pro dance. And I should introduce my kids to Vicar of Dibly. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

I was worried Ashley wouldn’t know this show well enough to make it fun, but she is amazing and leaning into it. #BlanketyBlank

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@TylerWestt and @dbuzz6589 loved it. Couples choice has been a great addition, and too few pick ‘street’. Great to see a pro trying a new style too. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@EllieJaneTaylor and @jojo_radebe nice to see some fun with the Viennese waltz. #Strictly

[Helen Lomas @HelenLLomas]

@HelenSkelton and @gorkamarquez1 that footwork. He did not go easy on her with the steps #Strictly
