@plusnethelp had an ongoing issue with our broadband. Tetchy engineer came out on Tues, said there was no problem, but still not resolved. Now you aren't even taking phone calls. I rely on Internet for online food shops (clinically vulnerable)& phone data almost all gone. Help!
