Super exciting news: one of our Osprey chicks from 2023 (Blue 743) landed at the Loch Garten nest at the weekend!

This is the first darvic ring sighting of an Argaty Osprey chick - great to hear that she made it back to Scotland!

As 2024 draws to a close we thought we’d share some our highlights. This year we:
◦Translocated another beaver family to Argaty in partnership with @BeaverTrust
◦Began planting 15k trees in our #NatureRestorationFund project, Restoring the Waterways Reconnecting the Cores 1/

Fabulous to see where some of the @cairngormsnews beavers have been released at @Rothiemurchus. Brilliant signage along the path to help educate, inform and entice people to the magical wonder of beavers. Great work and well done to all involved🦫
