@OpenreachHelp Yes our socket was tested and everything showed as good but that was two days ago. Two houses in one cal-de-sac both was no broadband for 8days is not ‘good’ and there is a fault somewhere which needs to be fixed. What is the next step you are going to take?

@OpenreachHelp we are now into the 8th day with no broadband! Not happy at all and no end in sight for getting reconnected. Costing a fortune in mobile data. Child home schooling and husband working from home. Very poor service as no one is very helpful or concerned.

@OpenreachHelp We are with BT. A man came here on tues for 5hrs and said it was the router. New router arrived yesterday but atill not working. Neighbour also has same issue and is with talk talk.
