It’s normal for your teen to feel anxious about exams. But if stress & worry are stopping them from preparing for exams then they may need more support. Parent Club has tips on helping young people cope with exams, visit - https://t.co/OulymF8yAE

CAMHS T2 was a hive of activity last week at our away day. We were supported by Gwenne from UoS who facilitated the morning on increasing our presentation skills followed by an in-house workshop on connections within team making mandalas

Great start to the week, feeling motivated after meeting current CADM cohort of nurses who were so friendly and engaged thinking about children's mental health with a few actions for me to take back and explore from CAMHS perspective with supporting paediatric wards @mcjones72

Lack of sleep can lead to increased stress, anxiety, & even depression. But there's good news! You can improve your sleep & in turn, your mental well-being with Sleepio, an online sleep improvement program that's free to access if you live in Scotland. https://t.co/yHtEiOshZM

We stand with you, Millie Bobby Brown. No young person should ever be subject to abuse for simply existing.

Busy evening with my kids wrapping fidgets. Thanks to the generosity of @nhslothcharity for the donation. This enabling T2 to gift these to children and young people. We find the use of fidgets supports engagement in our appointments. Hope these support with their onward journey
