"We are delighted to retain our A2 rating from Moody’s. Our financial strength is vital during these difficult times to ensure we can continue to support our customers, staff and communities and build more homes for people in need"
David Armstrong – Chief Financial Officer
As we approach ten weeks in lockdown, we thought we’d reflect on the efforts of our teams as they continue to support our customers, residents and communities 🙌
(Part 1...) #WorkingTogether
We don’t simply want to make a difference to our customers and their communities – we want to solve the housing crisis too. That's why we're pleased to launch our new initiative @_Hopestead - committed to #EndHomelessness in the East of England.

Everywhere you look people are doing amazing things - no one wanted this but lets at least make sure that good comes out of the other side #TogetherWeAreStrong
It's been a strange but busy couple of weeks at The Feed. Making sandwiches, cakes, pasties, pies and scones to put in our food parcels. We are delivering almost 50 everyday, 7 days a week, to some of Norwich's most vulnerable people in emergency accommodation. #togetherwecan
We've contacted over 1000 of our most vulnerable customers to provide #Support where we can, ensure they are #Safe and have what they need. If you're looking for any advice or support, visit our website: https://t.co/SPVwVLntC6

Great to catch up with such a fabulous bunch. Well done to the @norfolkchamber who are doing a magnificent job in supporting and sign posting #Businesses during these unprecedented times. #norfolk
@Girl_by_the_Aga Conversation with 92yr father - Me “Well you will just have to accept that some people know more about global pandemics than you!” - later call, mother “he stayed in today apart from the post office” 🤦♀️
@LNER My lovely, kind, bright daughter does social media for a premier league team and suffers dogs abuse, much of it intensely personal - some even seek out her personal accounts to continue the abuse. Just imagine if this effort was put into something constructive #BeKind
Just left Tesco. Handwritten note on the windscreen of my patrol car. '£100 fine for shopping on duty'. If only I could tell the person who wrote it that I have just spent the last 7 hours at the sudden death of a baby. I'd bought a sandwich. We're not robots. #BeKind#WoundUp
"He has left a big hole in the company, but we wanted to do something to make it more positive" - our colleagues, along with Mel's friends & family, have raised over £10,000 for the @StElizabethHosp.
