@StepChange I’m on my second plan with StepChange and getting really concerned as nobody answering emails sent over a week ago, nobody picking up WhatsApp messages and now closed for the weekend.
I’ve had to cancel my direct debit as I needed help this months payment

@YorkshireWater here we go AGAIN! 3 times in the last 5 weeks and multiple other times this year. The disruption to our business has been immense and you’ve given no thought to that at all. Just do the job right to start with!

@YorkshireWater I am now 99.9% sure you must use pipes made out of toilet roll tubes. I’ve genuinely lost count of how many times you’ve dug up this same piece of road this year 🤬
No regard for small businesses as usual!

@YorkshireWater you’ve placed parking restriction cones along our street for work that was supposed to begin last Wednesday and finish this Wednesday yet still no workmen!
Some of us have businesses to run!

@NGNgas @YorkshireWater The road is Strensall Road where it crosses with Towthorpe Road, York w3w is ///workloads.skunks.escaping
You dig this road up repeatedly multiple times in one year! It causes huge tailbacks in all directions and our business suffers because locals use alternative routes

Causes absolute mayhem to traffic and affects local businesses as people avoid the area, any compensation offered to them??

@vernonkay please can you give a shout out to all the north Yorks firefighters and farmers who are tackling a huge fire on the north York moors. Lots of road closures but nobody is talking about it nationally.
