Maybe, it only needs another 350 business days to actually get on a plane.
At this pace, I expect delivery sometime before the next Ice Age.
Without a doubt the worst parcel delivery experience I’ve ever had.

Dear Omega Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my experience with a recently purchased Speedmaster Moonphase.
A few months ago, I purchased this watch from an Omega boutique in Panorama Mall Riyadh. To my surprise, the watch was delivered without the bracelet being adjusted, without being tested, without the time being set, and without even being wound. While disappointing, I initially considered this to be a poor customer experience rather than a product issue.
However, only a few weeks later, I discovered that the moonphase complication was not functioning and could not even be adjusted. After considerable insistence, the Omega boutique at Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, city where I usually work and need my watch to perform it, finally agreed to accept the watch and send it for service.
Several weeks later, I had to go personally to Omega service in that city to receive the watch back, instead of having it delivered back to the boutique at Red Sea Mall. Unfortunately, after only a short period of use, I noticed that the chronograph no longer resets correctly, as the central seconds hand does not return precisely to the 12 o’clock position. This issue did not exist before the watch was serviced.
This is my very first Omega watch, and the entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
It is deeply concerning that a brand-new, genuine Omega timepiece required opening and repair almost immediately after purchase. Frankly, this leaves me with the impression that the quality control standards applied to this watch were not consistent with the reputation, heritage, and prestige that Omega has built over generations.
Even more disappointing is the fact that the watch was returned from service with a new fault that was not present beforehand. This does not inspire confidence in the quality of the work performed, nor does it reassure me that the watch now meets the standards expected from Omega.
As a customer who purchased a new luxury watch, I expected perfection. Instead, I find myself owning a watch that has already been opened, repaired, and returned with another defect. The overall experience leaves me with the uncomfortable feeling of wearing a used watch rather than a brand-new Omega.
I respectfully request that Omega review this situation carefully and provide a solution that reflects the standards of excellence for which the brand is known.
