"A happy person isn’t someone who’s happy all the time. It’s someone who effortlessly interprets events in such a way that they don’t lose their innate peace."

If you're not creating everyday, you'll degrade into an animal. A slave for consumption, rotting away any sense of individuality you posses as a self-aware being. You'll be conditioned into the equivalent of a farm animal, led by the one who feeds you (algorithms). It's your birth right as a human to direct your will into the act of creation and to use your life to consume and stimulate yourself is a direct insult to God.
My brain rot prevention routine:
• Planning my day with pen & paper
• Working out without headphones in
• Leaving my phone at home as a default
• Writing 3 pages by hand every morning
• Reading one chapter of a physical book
• Removing social media apps from my phone
• Sitting in silence for 10 minutes to destimulate
• Talking to people in real life throughout the day
• Thinking & making decisions without AI, then using AI to help me execute
Something I like doing is bringing my absolute worst nightmares into consciousness and seeing what happens in my body.
You can grieve your parents’ deaths while they’re healthy and living well.
You can imagine yourself in a concentration camp and feel the terror and helplessness.
You can feel the devastation of heartbreak when your relationship has never been better.
You can feel humiliation, abandonment, failure, loss - without any of it actually happening.
And what you’ll notice, if you stop resisting the feeling and let it move through you, is that the pain never kills you, and it isn’t you.
The thing you’ve spent your entire life organizing yourself to avoid can be felt and managed.
And once you know you can survive the feeling, you no longer have to organize your life around preventing it.
And you’ll find that the fears actually become less likely to happen because you’re no longer acting out a self-fulfilling prophecy.
"I wasted time." "I made a wrong decision." "I married the wrong person." "I picked the wrong job." "I moved to the wrong city."
How about not believing that? How about believing it was just part of your fucking story? You think any book that's interesting doesn't have the chapters where there's adversity, where there's conflict?
Everybody's obsessed with like, "I wasted time." Everyone's wasted time always, forever and ever. I think the reverse. I have things that are obviously a waste of time, but I look at it as like, "I'm glad I did that shit."
I went through the process. I'm living fucking life. I'm a fucking human being. I'm living. I'm learning. It's life.
You think anybody goes to heaven and played it 100% correct?
You just have to experience it to truly understand
The best customer service comes from the business owner themselves, no doubt
Especially in the early stages.
You feel lost in life because you've been trained to think fake and gay things are important. Scared of what others think (they don't have original thoughts btw). Afraid of losing something in the world (you die = it's gone anyway). The only thing you "keep" (continually experience) is YOUR SPIRIT but you cuck yourself by letting institutionalised thought structures FUCK your experience upside down with fake rules. Almost everything you've been told is a lie or half truth. If you stopped giving a fuck right now about the retarded reasons of what you "have to do". You'd have nothing to do at first. GREAT! first step = Boredom. In that boredom is where your curiosity comes in, whatever triggers the deepest excitement in you. SPRINT TOWARDS IT. Move country, run up a biz, have a blast with your friends, pilgram through Tibet. It doesn't matter. When you can finally break free from the bounds of what you "have to do" life magically works in your favour and pulls you into an experience more deeply enjoyable than any conjured up, logical plan. The best part is the uncertainty lived from outside the "rules".
Life feels numb because you've lost childlike curiosity. Constant input has drowned out your ability to wonder. You're sinking in a sewer of slop. You have no idea why you can't stop scrolling, it feels important but you know it just makes you feel more cooked. The access to instant "knowing" has destroyed your ability to curiously wonder. To imagine what may be. Now if you're unsure of something. AI can tell you. All of your curiosity is nuked by how easy it is to receive a "satisfying answer". Doomscrolling happens because instead of wondering about life's mysteries, you can just scroll 1000 reels in one night and claim "I KNOW HOW IT WORKS NOW!" when you only saw 1000 substanceless "satisfying answers" (hacking your caveman brain btw). Boredom is the first step to give space for childlike wonder to come back. As a child you become curious about simple silly things like what does da carpet tastes like?? but as an adult you have the ability to become curious about genuinely fulfils you and the experience of this journey is life's most precious thing. I promise you. If you can spend a enough time in true boredom frequently enough. The magic of your natural curiosity will come back and all you have to do is follow it.
Btw your phone harvests your energy. Billions of hours are reaped everyday by Algorithms. Gender Wars, Race Wars, Confusion, Programmed Desire. All made to numb your "important info" receptors. Rotting your soul. I guarantee you don't even feel sick when you see someone getting murked on the timeline. (that's how desensitised you are). No wonder countries are degenerating and collapsing. What we see is a result of what we've been focused on (slop). This will only change when you KNOW how to wield your attention, not have it stolen from you. You need space to cultivate TRUE intention through Boredom. Go full retard, courageously let all the conditions blow up (Shitty beliefs + Soul sucking life circumstances). Then bring forth THAT which is birthed from your unique creative potential through effortless enjoyed focused attention.
