@GergelyOrosz Because middle management is seen as a layer in between the top leadership and execution. Top brass people want their goals to be turned into reality directly and quickly without questioning or interruptions.
The sheer volume of scam happening in remote recruitment today is insane. If you get a perfectly matched CV and it's not a network referral, 50% of time it's a scam.
Really obvious stuff too, like the guy looking nothing like his supposed LinkedIn pic.
@GergelyOrosz True, looks we are adjusting back to the mainframe type work. This to me means that tooling around AI use needs to improve considerably: intelligent routing, quotas, use case or team based prioritisation etc. Not just token use dashboards😁
as much as I am enjoying building, I don't find the act of programming fun
