@nextofficial I have an issue with a returned item not being credited to my account. I have tried to contact online chat about this but I have been unsuccessful with this. Please can you help?

@BandQ 2 weeks ago today I cancelled online order as I was told ETA October despite website claiming next day delivery if ordered before 7pm. Still no refund & still no further on when you ask me to DM details. Customer Services just fob me off. How do I get my money refunded????

@BandQ How can I find out if online order is cancelled as requested and refund is being processed? I have rang customer services 22/07 and been told it had been cancelled only for them to ring me yesterday with an update on the delayed delivery. I just want my money back!
@bandq_help@BandQ lack of delivery info given for order placed Thurs 18/07 before 7pm, which is definitely not next day delivery as stated on web! PJH delivered 2 of 3 items 20/07 trying to find out when 3rd item will arrive is impossible having rang Customer Service 3 times
@BandQ@bandq_help I will add that I initially chased this item on Saturday 20/7 morning I was told delivery that day, and later told it would be there before 8pm. The item is now showing available within 4 working day on your website. So which is correct available in 4 days, or 3 months???
