@TupaEmondi @NeilFlochMD No - my point is that the OP is comparing apples and oranges: the law firm charge vs how much the surgeon makes per hour. An apples to apples would be law firm charge to the amount charged to the pt. Or how much the lawyer actually makes vs surgeon makes.
