I design physical and digital experiences. AI, blockchain, and increased housing density in cities are the future for sustainable human habitation on Earth🧡✌️
Deaths of despair have increased dramatically over the last decade. I have now had 6 friends that I grew up with in Seattle take their own life. 100% of them were the second sibling, most used guns.

One of the toughest parts of being a founder is putting your ideas into the world, seeing if anyone cares (usually they don't - or worse, are rooting against you), and then seeing if you can actually pull it off (usually way more setbacks along the way than you thought!).
You have to:
(1) develop thick skin and find a way to ignore the haters
(2) still take advice from people who have your best interests at heart
(3) have the wisdom to know the difference
Then move from one setback to the next with no loss of enthusiasm for longer than you thought. Be borderline delusional, get after it every day for a decade, and turn out to be right. Finally, when your tenth or hundredth approach to a problem doesn't work, just keep coming up with more ideas.
Had a great day at Base Batches yesterday, meeting founders building on @base and hearing about the latest onchain innovations. Shout out to all the founders!
While the millionaire’s tax is definitely concerning, I’m more shocked by the part that says “Commissioner Silver is fully committed to returning the Sonics to Seattle….” because that would seem like the biggest news given his reluctance to vocalize it publicly!! 😂
I’m so sick of “republican” politicians saying why haven’t we arrested anyone from the Epstein files.
Give me a name and the crimes committed proven in the documents.
We will all wait.
While the financial media celebrates new highs in the Dow, S&P 500, and NASDAQ, gold tells the real story. The Dow was barely positive, the S&P and NASDAQ gained less than 0.5%, but gold rose 1.7%. Priced in gold, the Dow is down 70% from its 2000 peak — a historic bear market!
I wish the messaging "get to one Bitcoin" would stop.
I'm serious. Every time someone promotes that narrative, another person walks away thinking Bitcoin isn't for them. I've talked to people in the real world. And I'm willing to bet that most of the population feels it's impossible, so they don't buy any at all.
Do you see the problem here? We're taking the most accessible, permission-less money ever created and making people think they need $113,000+ to gain freedom.
Here's what actually matters: owning ANY Bitcoin puts you ahead of everyone who owns none. Period.
You've got $25 a week? Great! You are building real wealth in the hardest money ever created. How about $100 you managed to save up? Fantastic! That's $100 no government can print away. Maybe it's $10 when you can spare it? Well done! You now own $10 of genuine financial sovereignty.
Let's emphasize this: Every satoshi you secure is yours. Not your bank's. Not Wall Street's. Not some politician's to promise away. IT IS YOURS.
I don't care if you have 0.0001 Bitcoin or 10 Bitcoin. What I care about is that you understand this technology can change your life at ANY level. The person who owns $50 worth of Bitcoin has something powerful that the person with $10,000 in their savings account doesn't have; they have money that can't be inflated, seized, or controlled by anyone else.
Bitcoin was created to give financial freedom to everyone, not just people who can drop $113K+. When we act like you need a full coin to matter or "to be free," we're doing exactly what the traditional financial system does, we are gatekeeping freedom based on how much money you already have. Stop it.
My hope is that we encourage people to buy what they can, and that we celebrate every person who takes a step to protect their financial future.
Bitcoin isn't about reaching some arbitrary number. It's about opting out of a broken system, one satoshi at a time.
If this gave you some bits of clarity, perhaps pass it along. Maybe there's someone out there who needs to hear it today. Thank you for helping spread the message of hope and freedom.

@Sec_Noem This isn't about preventing people from speech, it's about mental illness and the design of our government as oppressive and causing mental illness. What ICE is doing is oppressive government overreach.
You work 50 hours a week, pay 40% in taxes, eat seed oils, own no assets, scroll TikTok in a dopamine haze, take antidepressants for a soul-crushing job, and live in a pod rented from BlackRock.
But yeah bro, Bitcoin is the scam.
Alcohol sales were the hidden engine of the restaurant industry. The decline in drinking is about to expose just how much restaurants were relying on it, and I’m not sure enough people are paying attention to this
What was once the darling of retail is now struggling to survive.
