Honestly, I’m exhausted by how my phone keeps throwing non stop bad news, crises, and anxiety into my face. We end up turning our minds into digital trash cans, letting sensational headlines drain our energy and trigger fears we can’t even name.

This morning, I chose to turn off all notifications, step out onto the balcony and just stand there listening to the birds sing.

I truly believe that choosing to take a slow, deep breath or share a big smile with someone you love is worth far more than feeding on negativity from a glass screen.
