@epicdndmemes I played a campaign where this first time DM used AI to do every single thing. AI generated 3D prints, AI music, AI story, We had to wait for the AI to reply on every interaction and most of the time the AI would just tell us what our characters where doing. It was miserable
@SimplyShae13 "Second, it would compromise their revenue if it worked."
Would it though? For example Magic: the Gathering Arena exists just fine along side the table top and if anything it's just a chance for Wizards to charge you twice for cards.
@RootieDaHoodie@dillzilla11 You are the one making the selective framing, no one has made this inference but you and you are using a made up argument to validate your wildly stupid position. That is why it is a strawman.
@RootieDaHoodie@dillzilla11 It's literally not. It's like saying "well you can't be mad about this factory that employees 10,000 people and injures about 17 a day when the factory down the street employees 15 people and had 1 injury in 10 years"
@BarjiYT The problem is where AI is useful is maybe less than 3% of it's output and instead of focusing on that and developing towards that. Tech Companies and their shills want to shove it into everything and try to force of us to accept the flood of slop to justify the 3%
@LordFrz@DARUSSIANBADGER What money? Having the actor who voices a character on set to deliver lines to on screen actors is pretty standard. It would be a waste of money to put some one else on the moral stage while Jack was off stage reading his lines anyways.
@BrainbowManic@DARUSSIANBADGER Voice actors being present in the scene even if they are going to be replaced later is pretty common thing. Its gives their co actors something to react off of. Why would you put a random device there when you need the VA there to deliver lines anywayd?
@Stellatiria it's not surprising, Japan has always given zero fucks about international copyright unless they can use it to protect their own copyrights
