@SchoolsWeek I was 10 years as a secondary Heads PA and saw 3 inspections. Now in a Primary as SBM/Operations and they're due an inspection. 😩
I've seen so much unnecessary stress for staff, but as a parent I want to know schools are monitored & scrutinised in some way.
What's the answer?
