@British_Airways Decadent operations. Travelled on BA0073 on 28.07.2024. Booked meals weeks before flying. Veg Jain meal for wife who is pure vegetarian. Was served Non-veg Moslem meal.
Paid for seats while booking. Few weeks on informed that seats have been reassigned…..

@British_Airways arrived at Heathrow bang on time…still on plane 55mins later due to lack of buses and being parked on international stand. Been waiting here as long as the flight!! Not great for those in transit or going to work!

@British_Airways No customer service available. Charging for 23 kg suitcase, just like Ryanair. Impossible to add baggage after check in that I didn't do myself. Never flying with you again.

@British_Airways your pilot told us at the gate that the flight was cancelled and that we would be reimbursed if we rebook ourselves with another carrier. Customer service now rejecting our claim for reimbursement on the grounds that we booked ourselves with another carrier?
