@British_Airways Decadent operations. Travelled on BA0073 on 28.07.2024. Booked meals weeks before flying. Veg Jain meal for wife who is pure vegetarian. Was served Non-veg Moslem meal.

I was stranded at the airport overnight with:
•No lounge access
•No proper communication
•No accommodation or food provided

It was a cold night and there were children and old people suffering in a deserted airport. This is a clear violation of passenger rights.

@Shubhamdhand34 @airindia The aircraft, it seems, was changed and there was no Premium Economy on this one. There was only Business and Economy. Without prior information you are shocked at check in counter that you have to travel in Economy.And staff have no idea how will the refund take place..

Rebooked and paid again.. At the time of online checkin found that seats have been reassigned again.. Yet again tried to get seats of choice as family of four preferred to sit together.. Could not.. All this in premium economy.. What DOES one have to do to get seats of choice…
