@wxbrandon9@chaseelliott I doubt it’s even the car because in 2022, he still had the speed, he was up front near the end of all 6 races and had chances to win (should’ve won at Watkins Glen, Charlotte, and Road America). It’s frustrating because it seems like they don’t even care anymore half of the time
@bobpockrass Hey Bob, hearing about Austin being in the 33 for the rest of the year, what about for San Diego? I know they had the rule of only letting drivers race in their respective series, but would NASCAR possibly make an exception for RCR given the unforseen circumstances?
@DustinAlbino@bobpockrass Lucky that he got back on the ground, doesn’t look like there’s anything that would’ve kept the truck from going into the infield
@BrakeHardBlog Allgaier has a 6.7 average finish at Las Vegas in the O’Reilly Series, with 20 top 10s in 23 starts and 13 top 5s, so that’s probably why he’s behind the wheel this week. He’s great at Las Vegas.
@bobpockrass Superspeedway races in this series haven’t been really fun to watch in a while, it’s about like everyone wants Austin Hill to win every time and they’re too scared to make a move even if their lives depended on it
@TheHebrooHammer@bobpockrass Because Goodyear brought tires that can’t last 10 laps because they made the mistake of listening to fans, this racing is a joke, worst race of ‘25 so far and it’s only going to get worse
@bobpockrass This is probably the only track where the PJ1 actually works and doesn’t make the racing worse. This is as close as we can get to old Bristol racing until it wears out and the top becomes the dominant line, but even then, Bristol is still amazing
@nascar_opinion A playoff race in Gateway of all places being down 800,000 viewers, on the USA network, during NFL week 1… why are we acting like this is the end?
@_TaylorKitchen_ I don’t like the last round being a different number of races, it’d be so much better if it was just all 10 races and that’s it, no rounds, just 10 races for the playoff drivers to fight it out
