Tesla and SpaceX are planning to build their own massive chip factory, called “Terafab,” in Austin.

The goal is simple: if supply can’t keep up with AI and robotics… build it yourself.

Terafab would produce next-gen chips for self-driving cars, robotaxis, humanoid robots… and even space-based computing.

Elon is already thinking about satellite-powered data centers, scaling from kilowatts to megawatts in orbit.

Because AI demand is exploding… and current suppliers can’t keep up.

If Terafab works, it may end up owning the backbone of the AI era.
