Day 2 of Crossed Swords is in full swing with teams tackling complex multi-domain challenges! Several offensive cyber operations are ongoing in the technical portion. The technical experts are organized into different teams to support different cyber operations:
⚔️Offensive Cyber Operators (OCOs): Self-organized teams of technical experts leading through skill, not rank. They execute stealthy, high-stakes operations while dodging threat hunters.
⚔️Offensive Cyber Units (OCUs): Military-led teams coordinated by Cyber HQ.
⚔️Green Team: Creators of a lifelike cyber battlefield.

During #CrossedSwords, the Digital Forensics and Incident Response team experts are putting their skills to the test! The team has tackled real-world issues like ransomware, malicious mobile applications, dockers and drone data. One of the new tasks for the training audience is bypassing encrypted, supposedly unbreakable laptops to acquire vital information.

Crossed Swords 2024 has kicked off in Tallinn and the first day of intense training is behind us! With participants from approximately 40 nations, this cutting-edge exercise pushes the boundaries of cyber training. Specialists are mastering the full offensive cyber kill chain in a highly realistic, simulated crisis environment. The next couple of days promise intense attacks and dynamic action as participants tackle high-pressure scenarios.
