Goals for next start:
-Be more competitive in the zone, to reduce walks and allow hitters to get themselves out.
-Pitch at quicker pace.
-Use CH more effectively.

In addition to a great regular season, I also performed well in the playoffs throwing 4.1 innings, with 2H, 2BB and 6K’s.
I came in for one game with bases loaded, 0 outs in the 6th inning getting 2 ground balls and a strikeout, giving up 1 run (0 earned).

Best outing of the year tonight against a very competitive Episcopal high school, with my final stats beings:
7.1IP, 1ER, 3H, 1B, 3K’s.
Was able to speed up fastball when needed, get out of hitters counts with changeup, and generate ground balls with curveball.

Best outing of the year so far has come against a very competitive Second Baptist: I recorded 4IP (3 k’s) in 67 pitches (42 strikes), walking only 2 and giving up 4 hits (4 singles).

Went 5 innings, giving up 1 infield hit, walking 3 (2 of which were picked off), racking up 6 strikeouts.
Brought the season ERA down to 2.53, and control is improving as the summer continues.
