Another step toward regulatory clarity.

In December, Ondo submitted a comment letter to the SEC calling for the modernization of transfer-agent rules for tokenized securities.

Today, the SEC proposed modernizing those rules to allow transfer agents to use blockchain as the official record of ownership.

The proposal would also:

→ Modernize securities recordkeeping
→ Add tokenized securities reporting
→ Identify tokenization service providers

Ondo looks forward to continued engagement with the SEC to support responsible innovation and help bring U.S. markets onchain.
